The ass kickers at American Icon are hare at work pulling this years Kris Hendershott designed t-shirt. At the same time Iron Thread is stiching up the patches and sharping the knives! I would like to welcome another NEW SPONSOR! Feltraiger American Made Clothes. We have a few new features on the run this year. Its not the kind of thing you talk about on the internet, so you are just going to have to show up to find out what I’m talking about. HA!

Indian Larry Motorcycles hosted our Pre Run Party / Midnight run. We left my shop with sixty guys and there were about forty waiting for us when we got to Brooklyn. The ride out was even better! Thanks Guys!

Here at the Gypsy Run world headquarters we pride ourselves on coming up with new and stupid award categories for you to win. With that we would like to announce this years bike show award categories.
- Biggest Twin (Best HD based bike)
- The Almost Memorial Joe Scraper Finest Triumph Award (Best Triumph based bike)
- High mileage (Most miles ridden on a motorcycle to the run)
- Roadside repair (Best roadside repair)
- Deathtrap (the bike that shouldn’t make it but does.)
- The proletariat (the People’s choice)
- The super awesome evil robot lunchbox with fighting spirit award (classiest motherfucker)
- I got 47 Problems but an award ain’t one! There are 47 different ways you can win this award, but we don’t know what they are. Mike 47 will be handing out this gorgeous super special one-of-a-kind artwork based on something only he knows….
For the third year 47 Industries will be supporting riders in need with the chase rig. The truck is not a catch all so please try to be as self sufficient as you can be just in case. We are hoping nobody needs the truck but just in case we are happy to help. If you break down and can not get back up on your own then call the truck for help or a ride. Please don’t wait 3 hours before you call. The truck will be an hour or so behind the pack at the most and in the last stretches he will wind up ahead so don’t wait too long or you might be stuck for a while. Also the more off the beaten path the harder it will be to get the truck and trailer to you so please be patient.
Once at camp we will be happy to loan tools and provide lighting and assistance as much as possible. We will have all the basic staple tools, a MIG welder, and a generator for electricity and drills etc. Anyone is welcome to use them as long as they are returned and used respectfully. They are our shop tools, please be nice to them.
James is the volunteer driver of the truck. Please know where you are if you need a lift so you can help him to find you as easily as possible. He has a route map but will not be going on all the route roads unless he needs to so don’t hang out hoping to wave him down cause he might never come past you. His phone number is 908-566-5620. Remember we will be in areas where cell reception is less than awesome so expect to deal with multiple calls, texting, and dropped calls etc. If you are nasty to James he might just leave you dead where he found you, eat you or worse yet, make you bunk with him.
See you on the road!
Mike 47

WHY didn’t we think of this years ago! One of the weak points of the run has been having to hunt down food after setting up camp. Last year we tried to fix this by cooking Saturday night. While our cook out was awesome, We thought it might be a good idea to leave the cooking up to the professionals. So we got in touch with Dennis from the PLAN B Food Truck and got him to haul his mobile bistro to Friday and Saturdays Campsites. This is NOT your typical food truck slop. Dennis prides himself on providing affordable, unique, healthy, and above all, tasty food. The truck will be serving Friday night through Sunday morning. Thats tight, FRESH COFFEE EVERY MORNING!!!!!
